IPNE Pandemic Grant Application

By applying for this grant you will receive the benefit, at no charge to you, of a listing at www.brilliantlightpublishing.com, a major grant contributor.  If you are not a member of IPNE, you will receive a six-month IPNE membership. If you are awarded a grant, you agree to to submit a report to IPNE by December 31, 2020, about how you used the award to continue your writing/publishing career.
