Student Bus ID Replacement Request
Please complete the following to request a replacement Bus ID for your student.

Students are permitted 1 (one) bus pass per year, however, be advised, there is a $5.00 replacement fee for your students 2nd  bus pass and beyond.  Cards assessed with the $5 fee MUST be picked up from the Transportation office within 2 days to avoid interruption.  Your student's ID will be available for pick up after 1:00 pm the following day. If this is your student's first replacement, please advise student to check with the driver of their scheduled route.

Bus ID use is required of ALL registered FFC8 bus students. The ID cards provide valuable utilization data so we can best accommodate the Districts bus needs, your help with this is greatly appreciated. Proper use of bus passes ensure safety of all riders in the event of a community crisis.  Failure to comply with bus rules can result in suspension of bus privileges'. There will be a minimum 2 day suspension of bus privileges will be enforced should students use an ID not belonging to them or allow another student to use their Bus ID.
