The cost for a vendor spot in this year's Sonata is $85 for a 10x10 section. You agree to provide your 10x10 pop-up canopy, tables, chairs, solar or battery-powered lighting, and other display equipment. Generators are not allowed. Also, no SANTA'S allowed. You may not dress up as Santa. The Whittier Uptown Association has Santa's Village, and we do not want to take away from that. All Vendors must have their location set up by 5 pm and stay open until 9 pm. You cannot be late for the event, and there will be No refunds, No exceptions. A map will be provided to each vendor with a location site a few days before the event. You will receive any additional information, and an invoice will be sent to you, if you are selected, to the email you provided. This invoice must be paid by November 21st to guarantee your spot.
