I'm doing a business project on a potential roommate matching and real estate placement service for a class in college, and I am trying to gain some market research about what YOU, the landlord/property owner/manager, goes through in owning a property and finding tenants. The idea is to identify pain points and what is difficult about your jobs/what might help make it easier!
