UTech, Ja. Career & Placement Job Fair Registration for Companies & Recruiters

The form is designed to capture current information for companies interested in participating in the 2024 Career and Job Placement Fair slated for March 2024. Once you register, an invoice will be prepared for payment ahead of the fair.

*Data will be collected, recorded and used fairly, stored safely and securely and not disclosed to any third party unlawfully.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Option 1A - Recruit only: $10,000

Option 1B : $20,000 Sponsorship Package : Contributor

- Visibility through the sharing of brochures/flyers, 1 Banner

- University Community Recognition: Recognition as a sponsor within the University community, acknowledging your support.

Option 2: $30,000 Sponsorship Package - Exhibitor

- Visibility through the sharing of brochures/flyers, 2 feather banners,

-University Community Recognition: Recognition as a sponsor within the University community, acknowledging your support.

-Product Showcase: authorised to distribute product samples

-One recruiter will attend to solicit potential candidates

Option 3: $50,000 Sponsorship Package - Promoter

- Brand Visibility: Your brand will be displayed at the event.

- Promotional Methods: Utilize feather banners, brochures, and other promotional materials to showcase your brand. (4 Feather banners)

- Free Exhibition: Complimentary exhibition space to showcase your products and engage with students.

- Product Showcase: authorised to distribute product samples

- University Community Recognition: Recognition as a sponsor within the University community, acknowledging your support.

- Interview potential candidates on the spot: (Short list of potential candidates provided)

Option 4: $100,000 Sponsorship Package : Brand Ambassador

-Premium Brand Visibility: Exclusive and prime placement of your brand at strategic locations during the event.

-Promotional Methods: Priority use of promotional materials, including 10 feather banners in strategic places, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

-Product Showcase: authorised to distribute product samples

- Social Media Domination: Featured prominently and consistently on the Career and Placement Instagram page, reaching over 1500 student followers.

- VIP Exhibition Space: Premium exhibition space in a high-traffic area for maximum exposure.

- Radio Excellence: Featured as a premier sponsor on a radio station, ensuring heightened visibility.

- Exclusive University Community Recognition: Exclusive recognition as a premier sponsor, demonstrating leadership and commitment to the University community.

- Extended Exhibition Privileges: Permission to exhibit beyond the job fair dates, providing your company with ongoing exposure to students and faculty at agreed time(s).
