Standard Refunds, Credits & Terms

1. Refunds will only be issued if we receive cancellation in writing to info@canvass.com.sg at least 15 days before the start date of the camp.
2. A credit note will be issued if we receive cancellation in writing to info@canvass.com.sg less than 15 but not less than 8 days before the start date of the camp.
3.The credit note will be valid for 3 months from cancellation date and is also transferable.
4. Cancellations notices received 7 days or less before the camp commencement date will be non-refundable.
5. In the event of another Covid-19 related lockdown a credit note will be issued to the same value, exchangeable for any Canvass services and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
6. Camp spots will be confirmed once payment has been received.
