K-3rd Track Meet Events
The Wakefield FBLA chapter will be hosting a Youth Track and Field Meet on Wednesday, May 8th at 5:30 at Gardner Stadium.  We are fundraising to send three of our members to Nationals this summer. The cost is $10 per child and each participant will receive a ribbon for each event they participate in. Please bring payment the evening of the 8th. Make checks payable to Wakefield Community Schools.

I hereby approve my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by the Wakefield FBLA Chapter during the Track and Field Event. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and release, absolve, and hold harmless all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries to the said child arising out of participating in this event.
In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, Wakefield Community Schools and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities. Some of these injuries include but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death. *
