***IN-PERSON LEARNING STARTS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST.  PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE A LUNCH FOR YOUR STUDENT(S) ON A DAY THAT THEY ARE IN SCHOOL - INCLUDE ONLY CHILDREN WHO ARE AT HOME ***
 
Elementary school students will given a lunch at school to bring home.

*** FREE LUNCHES - for ALL children 18 and under! (do not need to be in school!) ***
USDA waiver runs through December 31st, or when the USDA funds for this program run out.  

Serving time each day is 10:30 AM through 12:30 PM - on school days - at Fairview Middle School (4967 Avonia Rd., Fairview, PA  16415 )                                                                                                                  

Use this form to order lunches.     Please enter the first and last names for all children.  For each day shown indicate the number of lunches needed for children age 18 and under.  Allergies can be noted.

If you have ordered meals and determine that you can't pick up or you need to change the number of meals ordered please email squiresl@fairviewschools.org
