One Moment Center Vision Board Workshops are fun, informative, and inspiring!

You see.....this isn't just crafting time (though I do love me some good crafting time!). This is a full-on workshop including lessons, guided meditation, and guided activity.

After the workshop you'll have tools to stay connected with your authentic self and inner wisdom, access your inspiration, and be ready to bring your vision to life.

When we are inspired we're in line with purpose, passion and our inner wisdom. This is the space we want to create our visions as it's the most powerful.

As with all One Moment Center events, we'll be using Mindfulness to guide us inward and connect with our most authentic self. Mindfulness helps us put space between our thoughts, emotions and reactions so we can connect with our true passions, purpose, and inspiration.

Location: Strom Building, 2nd floor conference room (10501 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka MN 55305) - it's near hwys 169 & 394

Jan 5th Virtual Workshop: $20
Jan 26th Live Workshop: $40 - Virtual Workshop: $30
I will provide materials (scissors, glue, other crafty things, poster board) snacks, coffee/tea & water

Bring (Jan 26th): some magazines to share for collaging, anything special you want to bring for your collage, left-handed scissors if needed
