Enrollment Criteria

All applicants must reside in the Bonner Springs/Edwardsville School District and be 4 years of age on or before August 31, 2021. Students turning 5 on or before August 31, 2021 are not eligible for enrollment. Students must be independent with toileting.

-Hours are 8:00 AM to 3:10 PM Monday-Friday when school is in session
-The district does not provide transportation
-A $50 tuition deposit is due by May 1, 2021
-$500 per month tuition is required by the 1st of each month.  Failure to pay the tuition by the 5th day of each month will result in the child's removal from the program.  
-Tuition also includes breakfast and lunch fees.
-Enrollment applications will be accepted until all slots are filled. If all slots are filled, you may request to be placed on a waiting list. Only completed enrollment packets will be considered.

1.) Completed district enrollment forms will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
2.) Parents will be notified regarding acceptance into the program.

The following documents will be required before your student is enrolled into any USD 204 Preschool Program and must be provided before the first day of preschool. Copies are not accepted.

 -- Identity of Student (Original birth certificate or passport)
 -- Health/Immunization Records (Students cannot start school without immunizations and doctor's physical exam records on file)
 -- Proof of Residency - A recent utility bill (electric, gas or water), within the last 45 days
 -- Kansas driver's license/ID or government issued photo ID
