Booth information
- Booth space is 10’ x 10’
- Booth
space will be measured out and marked.
In respect to other vendors as well as the committee, please keep
your items in the designated area.
- Booths
will NOT be allowed to be moved.
- If you
are in need of additional space, please note that you may need to have a
double booth and pay accordingly.
Cost
- 10’ x 10’
Booth Space - $60 per space
- Electricity
- $10 fee for each hook-up
- Payment
is due at the time that the application is submitted
- Payment
is Non-Refundable (if we need to cancel due to COVID-19 concerns, refunds
will be issued, no refunds issued for any other reason)
- Please make
payment to SCDC
Day of the event
- Set up
time is 6:30am September 4 (no earlier please)
- Booths
must be ready for business at 9:00am sharp.
- In
consideration of the other vendors and those attending Celebration Days,
we ask that there are NO early
tear downs.
- If weather
becomes questionable you will be informed by a Celebration Days committee
member.
- After you
have unloaded your items from your vehicle/trailer we ask that you move
your vehicle to a parking space, this allows for other vendors to
unload/load their items.

- Applications and payment are due by Friday, June 30.

If application and payment are received after the due
date. Booth rental would increase to $70
per booth.
