Choose a theme: Alignment, Intimacy, Values or Forgiveness

👉🏼 Every morning I will personally text you a challenge or a prompt for you to consider that day (every prompt will be accessible for you to personalize and choose what you want to do with it.) You will confirm you are in!

👉🏼 By evening, you let me know what you did and how it went or why you didn't do it and I will coach you through it.

👉🏼 **ADD ON: LEVEL UP EXPERIENCE: Phone coaching with me x15 minutes at the beginning and end of the experience. Coach you to help you hone what you REALLY want from this experience at the front and back end!

👉🏼 You will complete the week connected to yourself and with clearer direction on where you want to grow even more this year.
