Participants in MS20 who had already paid the registration fee are offered the possibility to:
A) Participate in MS21 under the same terms as in MS20, in particular keeping the registration fee currently paid as a registration fee for MS21.
B) Withdraw from MS21 and receive a reimbursement of 90% of the money paid as a registration fee minus the costs of the transfer (bank-PayPal). The loss of 10% of the registration payment is related to the costs already incurred in organising the MS20, with losses also partly supported by BCAM.

If you'd like to request a reimbursement of your registration fee, please fill the following for before 20 January 2021. No refunds will be made after that date. In the process you will be asked to provide your personal details and your registration code, which was provided to you by email.
