Monthly Fee Enrollment:

Cancellation Notice: Students paying monthly fees must provide one month's notice if they intend to cancel their enrollment in the program.

Refund: Please note that there will be no prorated monthly refund for students paying monthly fees upon cancellation.

Annual Fee Enrollment:

Cancellation Notice: Students paying annual fees must also provide one month's notice in order to cancel their enrollment in the program.

Prorated Refund: A prorated refund will be provided for students paying annual fees who cancel their enrollment. The terms for this prorated refund are as follows:

Refund Calculation: Refunds will be issued based on the balance of annual fees, deducting a prorated amount of $60 for each month the child was enrolled in the program.
Early Withdrawal: If a child is withdrawn from the program before the academic year commences, a full refund of the annual fee, minus the $20 registration fee, will be provided.
Mid-Year Withdrawal: In the event that a child is withdrawn from the program during the academic year, the annual fee will be prorated based on the number of months the child was enrolled, with a deduction of $60 per enrolled month. The $20 registration fee is non-refundable.
Refund Request Process: Parents or guardians seeking a refund must submit a written request to the program administration. Refund requests will be processed within [10] business days upon receipt of the written request.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the $20 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
