St. Patrick Regional Secondary School provides transcripts free of charge for all graduates. Please use this form to request an Official School Transcript. (Many institutions will require your Ministry of Education Official Transcript, which you may request directly via MyEdBC.) School Transcripts will be available 3-5 business days from your request and will be emailed to you as a PDF, but only those transcripts which are printed will carry the official school seal. Hard copies of transcripts can be picked up at the school office or mailed to you directly.
