Two separate payments:
1) 330 € – Registration fee = deposit, organization, coordination, programme, guiding, lecturing, room reservation – IN ADVANCE (not refundable). To be paid by 1st July 2019:

2) 440 € – Accommodation, meals, entrance/ local fees – IN CASH upon arrival to the venue.
You will receive detailed information regarding the event you are joining when we receive your registration.
Registration may close sooner when the maximum capacity of accommodation is reached.
