The programme will be designed by Manoj Daji with Shane McLeod, Belgium’s Olympic Gold winning coach  and Joe Hanks. Coaches for the initial cohort are Rochi Gonzalez and Fran Rowley and will be age and stage appropriate and include a combination of indoor hockey, outdoor hockey training and fundamental movement and speed conditioning devised by Paul White as well as some boxing sessions at Studio Box.

Apply in the first instance if you are at the following level of play
- Top YR 7 and 8 Junior Club Team
- Top Club Youth Team
- School First Eleven A Grade or SuperCity.

The fee for Block 1 is $350 per player covering coaches, turf fees and AKH admin costs.

Days:
Mondays at AGS Gym 2 and/or the Domain 6-8pm
Wednesdays at STCC Turf  - Times TBC

Start and End Dates: Monday November 1 and Monday December 13, Wednesday November 3 and Wednesday December 15.

The programme is open to 30 players (male and female) for each age cohort – Yr 7-8 and Yr 9-10 (under the age of 15)
