Jupiter Farms will begin pre-enrolling for 2021-2022 Afterschool. Completing this form will put your child's name on a pre-enrollment wait list, with the date and time of submission recorded. Parents will be called in the order of submission of this form.
Once you receive a call that there is an opening, you will have two (2) business days to bring a completed Afterschool Programs Registration form (https://www2.palmbeachschools.org/formssearch/pdf/1824.pdf) and $25.00 registration fee per child.  Failure to complete this will release the spot to the next person on the waiting list. Students will be pulled from the waiting list as spots open. It is our policy to continuously hire in order to limit or eliminate the waiting list.
