Commission Guidelines

If you’re interested in commissioning a Kigurumi, here is all you need to know on how to make a request.  ☆ PLEASE NOTE I do not accept commissions from Minors. Thank you for understanding <3 ☆

FAQ:

•How much do these cost?
That will depend on how many details are in your commission, but here are some starting prices.

Backless: Starting at $700 USD
Short & Sweet: Starting at $800 USD
Classic: Starting at $1000 USD

Examples:

Client wants a full classic Kigurumi. Design includes intricate patterns, sleeve beans, and an embroidered face. Kigurumi will be quoted at about $1000

Client wants a Short & Sweet Kigurumi. Design includes simple patterns requiring some embroidery, no sleeve beans and no embroidered face. Kigurumi will be quoted at about $600.


•What’s a general overview of this process?
Fill out a form with an idea and what style you want the Kigu in (see the reference sheet above.) I will then sketch out a design and give you a price quote within 5 business days. Once you get the design and quote, you can then decide whether or not to make a purchase from there, and I’ll then send an invoice via paypal!

Selection Process

Kigurumi Commissions will be accepted selection basis. I prioritize creatively challenging projects, Fursonas, and anything new that I haven't done before! Expect a response within 1 week if I want to take on your commission. <3

Once the invoice is paid, or the first payment in a payment plan is paid, I will send you another google doc requesting information on your measurements and approval on a detailed design sketch. Kigus take about 1-2 months to complete unless otherwise stated. Progress pictures are posted on social media. Once a kigu is shipped, usually via UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking number. Once you get your Kigu, try it on immediately to make sure it’s perfect!

•How long does it take to be completed / shipped out?
About 2-3 Months weeks from the time an invoice is paid to create and complete, then about 4-7 business days to be shipped to you (within the US) or about 4-8 weeks internationally.

•Are these all custom made or one size fits all?
These are all made to whatever measurements you give me ( ु•⌄• )◞◟( •⌄• ू )✧

What is your name and what are your pronouns?
What is your best method of Contact? (example: Email, instagram handle, etc.) If I reach out to you it will be through this method.
What Kigurumi are you interested in Commissioning? Please tell me their name and link me detailed references of what Kigurumi you're interested in making here so I can give you an accurate quote and have all the information necessary to make this Kigurumi.
What do you want your Kigurumi to look like? (Example: Classic, Short & Sweet, Relaxed fit, etc.) Do you want them to have a traditional super big and baggy look? Do you want your Kigurumi to have an embroidered face or sleeve beans? If you are unsure and interested in my creative input, you can mention that here. Please don't leave out any important details! :)
