Auction Donation Information
The Jaffrey Civic Center is thrilled to announce the second Annual Heart of the Arts Gala Art Auction. This event will be held at the Jaffrey Civic Center, 40 Main Street, Jaffrey, beginning April 15 with a virtual silent auction and concluding with the live auction April 29.
Auction Information:
Submitted items will be donated into the silent auction  which will be a hybrid of live and virtual
The live auction will include selected items
You may choose to donate 40, 60, 80, or 100 percent of the proceeds to the Civic Center.
Art must be display ready. No piece larger than 60“ square.
Art should weigh no more than 100 lbs.
When uploading photos of artwork, please send in JPEG at least 300 dpi.
Important Dates
SUBMISSION FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 04/01/2023
April 5, 10 am -3:30 date to deliver art works for consideration
Saturday  April 29, 6pm, Gala Art Auction. 
Live auction starts at 7:00

Please provide a short bio about you and your artwork. (This will be used via social media to highlight you and your work as a participating artist.)
DONATION AGREEMENT: By submitting this form, you agree to the following donation agreement terms with Jaffrey Civic Center. Artist agrees to select to make a donation of 40% or 60% or 80% or a 100% donation of proceeds to the Jaffrey Civic Center. Artist will allow the Jaffrey Civic Center to photograph and publish photos and information related to the artist's work. Artist will be given recognition for any artwork displayed. The artist will deliver exhibition ready works for jurying on appropriate dates. Artist will retrieve unselected and/or unsold works on the appropriate dates. The artist shall fill out an artwork label (provided at time of delivery) for each work being exhibited and adhere the appropriate form to each work of art. It is expected that all artworks to be displayed in the Jaffrey Civic Center are original works by the artist carrying out the exhibit. It is the responsibility of the artist to adhere to current trademark and copyright laws. All artworks shall be in a condition that will not endanger visitors, staff, volunteers, or others. The Jaffrey Civic Center shall make every effort to care for works of art to avoid theft or damage of any sort. However, it shall be understood by all parties concerned that the Center is not responsible or legally liable if damage or theft does occur, regardless of the cause. Submitting work and signing this contract will bind this agreement on the part of the artist. It is also to be understood that any artwork placed in a public exhibit at the Jaffrey Civic Center and out of the control of the artist is not the property of the Jaffrey Civic Center. As such, artworks on exhibit at the Center are not covered under any Center insurance policy, should damage or theft occur. *
