If you are utilizing Apple Pick-Up, please read below and answer the remaining questions.
Apple Pick-Up is a dismissal system that allows parents to pick up their children without coming into the
building to sign out. This plan is for parents who will be picking up their children daily. It
is also for parents who pick up their children on a regular basis such as every Monday for
religious education or dance class.
Here is how the "Apple Pick-Up" plan works.
1. Complete the information below which serves as your registration.
2. You will receive 2 signs with your last name written on it (extras are available). The office staff will alert you when your sign is ready for pick-up in the front office.
3. Enter the south parking lot and pull up to the curb closest to the opening in the fence. Make sure your sign is clearly visible to the staff member on duty. The staff member will alert the classroom that you have arrived for pick-up.
4. Your student will then be dismissed and will exit the doors near the Media Center. Under the direction of a staff member, your child will be permitted to enter your vehicle on the passenger side. Please do not get out of your vehicle to assist. We will have staff members on site who are able to assist if needed.
It is possible for other adults to be authorized to pick up your child. Please make sure you give that
person an extra labeled “Apple” sign to present for your child. All drivers must be on the
green emergency card of the children they pick up.
*Please note that Woodbury is a dead-end street with a narrow road. The line can be lengthy and it is important that you follow the guidance of staff, exercise patience, and be cognizant of our neighbors (please do not block driveways as you wait).
