Waiting List Registration Only!

Due to incredibly high levels of registration, the class now looks like it will be full. To ensure those that have already registered are able to join, at point you can still register but we will only send you the joining link right at the start of the class if there end up being extra spaces available, ap[ologies for any inconvience. We're still working out the best way to organise online classes and working towards getting a regular schedule set up.

Let's move, breathe and connect, as we feel into our bodies, inviting in fluid movement to release the tension and open the compassion and love in the heart.

Class will be approximately an hour and with the opportunity after to chat and bring us together.  
I will open the "waiting room" 10mins before so we can check in and then begin just after 6.30pm.

So roll out your mat or whatever you have, maybe make a little altar,  light a candle or a picture of someone to send your loving energy to like to send loving energy.
