WIF Help Line Support Space Interest Form
The WIF Help Line offers 3 Support Spaces:
Survivors in Community - A free and confidential support group for women and non-binary people in the entertainment industry who have experienced sexual harassment, facilitated by a therapist who specializes in empowering survivors of trauma and abuse.
Black Member Support Space - The Black Member Support Space is an 8-week, virtual support space for Black women and nonbinary folks in the industry to have a comfortable and safe place to explore and discuss challenges, concerns, and issues, including but not limited to: their experiences of racism, sexism, and other systemic biases in the screen industries. Participants will also be given space to explore how they have internalized and been impacted by these biases, as well as strategies to manage emotional and/or physical symptoms of stress.
Coping in Quarantine Support Space - This is an 8-week therapist-led support group for WIF members who have been impacted by the current COVID-19 crisis. This space was created in response to our community's expressed need for emotional support during this time. Facilitators will provide psychoeducation and support around issues of loss & grief, social isolation, and collective trauma.
If you are interested in learning more and/or want to join these spaces, please complete the form below and a staff member will be in contact with you shortly. Please note that all Support Spaces are limited, so we cannot guarantee admittance to any group.
