TASMAN ASIAN NIGHT FOOD FAIR is a collaborative event/platform that supports interaction and exchange between local business/entrepreneurs from Asian backgrounds and the Tasman community.
We are very happy to have this event recognised as part of the annual agenda in the Tasman area. Now, for some this event has become a tradition, and that's great! We are growing more every year with many people enjoying this fair!
We will send out the site plan several days prior to the event.
Please ensure that you follow good hygiene practices, and do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
We are also committed to the protection of our environment and the respect for our land, so we want to be as Eco-friendly as we POSSIBLY CAN, with the mission of reaching the goal of calling ourselves "Zero Waste Event' for 2023. We encourage you to use reusable and/or compostable items and to cater for different types of diets (gluten/nuts/dairy/sugar free, plant-based/kosher/raw/wholefood/organic etc.
Please consider selling drinks in cans rather than in plastic bottles. Please also help us to ADVERTISE about B.Y.O plates/cups/cutlery and compostable/reusable containers in your event promotion and during the day at your stalls.It is ESSENTIAL to us that if you want to be part of this year's event, TO READ CAREFULLY & AGREE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
