In order to participate in the Home Run Derby, all participants must have this form completed as well as the Participant Release Form (online) and Photo Release Form (hard copy using the link). The first 72 to register will be allowed to participate with any extras being assigned to a waitlist. Registration closes on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at noon. By May 1st, participants' parents/guardians will be notified of the first round hitting time.
