- CCTV Footage from the pick-up location
- What is the packaging of the item?
- Official receipt of the item (or any proof of the amount)
- Screenshots of conversation with the driver (either SMS or call logs)
- Screenshots of conversation with the sender or recipient (either SMS or call logs)
