All Saints High School Course Change Request  Form 2020-2021
Dear Student,

This year,  if you wish to request a course change, please have your parent complete the following form using their own email address.  The parent requesting the change using their own email address will act as parent approval of the request.  

You will follow your current schedule until you are contacted through your ocsbstudent.ca email address by Student Services to notify you of your new timetable, or that you are placed on a waitlist.  Once a new timetable is sent, that new schedule is in effect immediately and you are expected to follow that schedule.  If the course you request is full, you will be added to the Waitlist and sent a new timetable when a  spot becomes available.  In some cases, courses will remain full until the deadline of September 18th. In this event, your original schedule remains in effect.

Please remember that course changes are made only for students in grades 11 and 12, and only where possible.  Gr. 9 & 10 students cannot change elective courses.  Level changes in the same course ( eg. college pathway to locally developed pathway,  applied pathway to academic pathway, etc), will continue to be considered.  To request a level change, please use this form.  Appointments with guidance counsellors are not available at this time.

Note that these course change requests will not be reviewed until next week, after counsellors have verified that all students have complete timetables for the upcoming school year.  In order to ensure requests are equitably dealt with, requests are processed in the order in which they are received.  The deadline for changing courses and submitting this form is September 18th.
