Memorandum of Understanding must be completed by both parties and a copy attached to this application. A
report of all activities done with the school including photos and descriptions must be submitted with this
application form.

• All applicants must be in good standing with the Fraternity and all required chapter taxes must be paid by the
application due date.
• Four (4) grants will be awarded in the amount of $250 to be used solely for the Adopt-a-School Program.
• Any chapter selected to receive the Grant must use the funds within 6 months for Adopt-a-School Programs
only. Receipts and proof of proper use must be turned into the Lonestar State Board. Failure to use the funds in
the allotted time or for the proper reason will result in the rescinding of the Grant and all funds will be owed
back to the Lonestar State.
