Hello,
Ambition Amplified is a women's mentoring programme that emerged as part of the INNOVENT 310 course at university. With the drive to bring this idea to life we are planning to run a 3-month pilot programme to test our idea in the market later this year.
This is where you come in - we are looking for mentees such as yourself to join our pilot programme (with some AMAZING mentors sourced by Christine Woods) and provide feedback on your experience!

What is Ambition Amplified? What’s in it for me?
+ Ambition Amplified is a women's mentoring program for young females who seek guidance in the first chapter out of university - whether you are looking for interview advice, how to advance specific career skills or to be nurtured through the initial stages of a start-up we will match you with an experienced mentor based on your needs!
+ It uses artificial intelligence to provide high-quality mentor-mentee matches tailored to specific needs - we have an incredible opportunity to parter with an existing credible AI platform to achieve this!
+ Unlike existing mentoring programmes that have an annual intake, our programme is time-flexible and time-saving - the programme is only 3-month long and is flexible to suit your busy schedule!
+ An opportunity to save time by learning from mentors' experiences - you can avoid making the same mistakes!
+ An opportunity to build connections beyond the university environment - can indicate your preferences to build connections in the field/industry of your choice!
What do you require from me?
+ A commitment to 4 sessions with your mentor over a 3-month period (date, time, location to be arranged with your mentor) - we will be providing some awesome mentors so let's value their time!
+ An upfront $5 payment to cover the 4 sessions - this is normally $25 but we are subsidising the trial programme!
+ A willingness to learn and provide feedback during and following the 3-month pilot programme - we want to gather honest feedback to improve our offering to help more women!
At this stage we are gathering expressions of interest in the pilot programme. Once we have your details we will get in touch with more details but we anticipate running the programme in September - November 2023.
