The purpose of this form is to collect data from people interested in participating and from those who will be attending the Event. We will inform you about possible changes in the event. The purpose for the collection of data in this case are of an identifying and contact nature (name, surnames, email address and telephone number).

The treatment of the information does not imply an international transfer of data and there are no foreseen data transfers.

The basis that legitimates the data processing is the user's consent when filling in the information on this form. The user has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent delivered before its withdrawal.

The information will be kept during the period in which the user holds the status of registered user; later the data will be kept during the period of limitation of legal actions and after that period will proceed to the deletion.

The user has the right to access their data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The user may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case ESN Maastricht will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims, when legally appropriate. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the user may object to the processing of their data. In this case, ESN Maastricht will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise of possible claims. Finally, we inform you about your portability right so that your data can be provided to the person responsible for the treatment that the user indicates to us.
