The issue of confidentiality is paramount to this coaching relationship. If we schedule one to one sessions & review sessions, these sessions are recorded for quality & training purposes, please understand that nothing in our sessions that is of private & sensitive like a personal issue shared etc is to be discussed outside of our conversations. There are times when reference to others is helpful, however I would never mention a name of a person that would lead to a discussion about you or others. Do you understand the same is expected of you, as we will be having group sessions and trust, respect and confidentiality is of the essence! Your response is considered as a consent for the above statement.
