Please fill out this pre-registration form completely in order to attend our 2024-2025 Toms River Blackhawks Travel Hockey Tryouts held at Winding River Skating Center in Toms River, NJ.

Pre-registering for our tryouts allows us to speed up the check-in process for you and your player during the evening of tryouts at Winding River Skating Center. It also enables us to send out very important updates, instructions, and information via email to all pre-registered players regarding our upcoming 2024-2025 tryout sessions.
