- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Administration.
- English, both oral and written.
- Experience with ERP is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts, and articulate relevant issues to senior managers.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload, multi-tasking to meet deadlines; demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel/large data sets and other financial programs and software.
- Experience with financial systems, such as Quickbooks, is a plus.
- Experience working in an inter-project dynamic driving common data goals across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional ability to drive data accuracy across the company through communication with all departments.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the budgeting process by creating financial models, forecasting future financial performance, and identifying variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Bookkeeping: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and databases for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Work on special projects to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost-saving initiatives within the finance function.
- Develop meaningful analytics and reporting for various department leaders.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management or specific projects.
- AP Process: Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment in accordance with payment terms / Maintain vendor relationships, resolve billing issues, and reconcile vendor statements.
- AR Process: Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices. / Reconcile AR accounts, identify bad debts, recommend provisions for doubtful accounts.
