About the Program
This application is for the FALL Fellowship program which runs from September through Election Day (and possibly a few weeks beyond).

Fellows will work alongside our skilled team of campaign operatives to plan and execute an ambitious, nationally-targeted program.  Fellows will gain first-hand experience in campaign communication, finance, event management, and organizing.
Responsibilities Include
● Empowering communities to make political change
● Representing the campaign as a "Campus Leader" at your high school or college to host events, run canvasses and phonebanks, and recruit volunteers from your school! 
● Brainstorming and enacting creative plans to contact and mobilize voters
● Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to expand our political reach and operation
● Identifying and persuading voters to support Tom and Democrats up and down the ballot!
● Managing and executing phone banks, canvasses, and other voter contact efforts
● Learning to use our voter database system—utilized by every Democratic campaign across the country
● Planning and running voter contact actions and events around the district and on campus!
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to support Tom Malinowski and mobilize the young voters and leaders in NJ07. All are encouraged to apply, regardless of experience.
Time Commitment & Program Placement
We are looking for Fall Campus Fellows for high school and college students who can commit to the full 13 hour a week program. Fellows that can only commit part time or virtually will be placed in our Fall Campus Reps program.

Fellows will have the option to pick their days based on a couple of set schedule blocks. Fellows who apply and are accepted into the program will be placed either with the political or organizing department based on their availability and the program's needs.

Full Time Commitment: 13 hours (2 week days of your choice, Friday, and one weekend day.

Friday: EITHER 11AM-3PM or 2-6PM
EITHER Saturday (11-4PM or 12-5PM) or Sunday (12-5PM or 2-7PM)

A Block: Mondays/Wednesdays OR Tuesdays/Thursdays (12-4PM or 10AM-2PM)
B Block: Mondays/Wednesdays OR Tuesdays/Thursdays (4-8PM  or 1-6PM)

* Times vary by program type and if you are in high school or college.

Program Placement: 
You will be placed in either the A or B block based on your availability. Our HQ is in Basking Ridge, but we have satellite offices around the county staffed by field organizers. Depending on your location you may be placed in a satellite office.
