Examples of Messages
Example 1: Take a moment at the end of each day and list a few good things in your life. This can help refocus your emotions on all the positive things that happen each day, even when it doesn’t seem like it.

Example 2: I know you're fighting your own battles, wiping away your tears and picking yourself back up, but I urge you to not forget to pat yourself on the back and recognize the incredible amount of strength you have too!
