Bird nutrition lecture

Bird rescue centers admit large numbers of debilitated adult birds and during breeding season, young birds flood in. Wild adults are often in poor condition and need careful attention to nutrition, while young birds may need to be hand-raised. Proper nutrition is crucial to prepare captive-reared chicks for their life in the wild. Thanks to amazing people like Rebecca Duerr we have the proper guidelines to help give these birds a second chance at life.
