If you have a High School student struggling with organisation, study and other executive functioning skills, please complete the survey questions below to apply for a place in Alphability's online Executive Functioning Coaching groups. There is an intake at the beginning of each semester for the 18-20 week program, where priority is given to students with ADHD, SLD (eg. Dyslexia/Dysgraphia etc.) or suspected learning difficulties. Not every part of the questionnaire is mandatory, but if there is something you prefer not to say, mention this in 'Other' or email me to call you instead.) All information will remain confidential and no contact will be made to your child's teacher or school without your permission and only if it supports the EF Coaching program (eg. asking for copies of assessment schedules etc.) We will be in contact within 5 working days, Wednesday to Friday.
