Hey Jammers, submit your game!

The Finnish Game Jam (FGJ) and IGDA Finland are throwing a Post Play Party (PPP) for the 2024 Global Game Jam.

The event will take place at the Helsinki Hub February Meetup at Maxine on Tuesday, February 6th. The Meetup and Demo Corner start at 17:00, please arrive before 17:00 to set up your demos.

Registration ends on night before.

The PPP is about getting jammers together to enjoy the fruit of everyone's labor as well as to recall the grand weekend you had jamming. Sometimes jams bring people close and create tight teams with a strong bond who want to continue working on their game, maybe even all the way to an indie game competition. The Post Play Party is a great place to get feedback to take your game to another level.

Tell us what you need to showcase your game so we can prepare enough room, power outlets and other necessities.

PLEASE NOTE: Our space is limited and we might have to close signups early if we get a lot of participants, especially if there are a number of demos that require lots of space. We will try to fit everyone, but we will notify you in advance if the demo corner places have run out. If you need to cancel, please try to notify us more than 24 hours in advance so we can give your space to someone else.


NOTE: Provide your own laptops, phones, tablets or other devices your game needs to run. (Mobile devs might want to bring their own chargers.)

Please submit a link to video file containing 5 - 30 second long trailer. Trailer should follow this format:
  • Begin trailer with few seconds of black screen with project name
  • After project name include your footage
  • End trailer with another few seconds of black screen with team name / logo
  • Everything contained in 5- 30 seconds.
  • Format: mp4
  • Resolution: 1080p
  • Send the file through Google Drive / Dropbox link
NOTE: Submitted video file will be rendered to new video that includes all the month's Demo Corner participants trailers and played consecutively on a large display. Video containing every participants trailer will be rendered in 1080p and 60 fps
Do you need access to a power outlet? *
If you need to plug in more than one device to a power outlet, require a lot of space (if you're demoing a VR game) or need anything else we might have not thought about but should plan for, please let us know.
