Youth Programs Committee Funding Request Form
Youth Programs Committee helps assist educational activities for our clubs and livestock committees. The Committee meets on the first Monday of the month and will review funding requests submitted the prior month. Groups will be notified via email if their request has been approved or denied. Meeting food is not the intended purpose of these funds unless being used for an educational workshop around food. (Example: Food and Nutrition Workshop)
Funding is limited to $1,500 per fiscal year and is on a first come first serve basis.
Funding requests will be approved for up to $100. The money will be awarded once receipt with proof of purchase is provided.
