Community Questions

Thanks for joining us in our Community Mapping Project! We want to know about YOU, and your experiences, so we have a full, clear picture of the region. We'll use what we learn to make plans for better, more useful services, support, programming, and action.

The United Way will only use this information anonymously, identified by county. By filling out the form, you grant us permission to use the information you provide. If you want to get more involved in making the Community Map, reach out at community@gsvuw.org.

In order to make the best possible use of the information gathered there are a few non-required questions at the end of the survey that will help us understand if certain issues or experiences are affecting different groups of people differently. We know sometimes answering questions about things like identity or money can feel, well, personal, but we hope you'll answer them, to give us the best possible understanding of our region, community, and needs.
