STMC PA EXECUTIVE NOMINATION FORM
The STMC Parents’ Association (PA) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, November 8th, 2021 starting at 7 pm in the school cafeteria.
Every parent or guardian of a student enrolled at STMC is:
1) A member of the Parents’ Association,
2) Eligible for nomination to the Executive Committee and
3) Eligible to vote during PA Elections each year.
***The only exception is if a parent/guardian is currently employed by the school.
THE PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION MUST ELECT A NEW TEAM OF EXECUTIVE MEMBERS THIS YEAR. All current members sitting on the committee have students who will be graduating from STMC in 2022 or 2023 or they have announced their resignation. The time has come for a new group of parents to take over the helm!
All five positions on the PA Executive Committee will be vacated and held up for election on November 8th during the AGM:
1. President / Chairperson
2. Vice-President / Co-Chairperson
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer
5. Member-At-Large / 5th PA Director
If you would like to submit your name or the name of another parent/guardian for election to the STMC PA Executive Committee, kindly fill out and submit this online form by November 8th, 2021@ 7pm (ie. just before the start of the AGM)
***Nominations are due at the AGM on November 8. Nominees must be present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in order to accept their nomination. Members must also be in attendance during the AGM in order to participate in voting.***
