Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is my pleasure to announce Oxford’s Sumemr Program for the summer of 2022.
Summer classes will be held four days a week – Monday through Thursday. This year’s program will begin on Tuesday, July 5th, and run through Thursday, August 4th.

Session 1: 8:30 – 9:50 a.m. Full Sessions: 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Session 2: 10:10 – 11:30 a.m. (Getting to Know You, Whales of Fun, Splashing into 2nd)

Tuition fees are as noted, THERE WILL BE A $10 LATE FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS AFTER June 17th, PROVIDING SPACE REMAINS.

Single Session Classes: 1 Session (8:30-9:50 or 10:10-11:30) for $140, or 2 Sessions (8:30-11:30) for $280
Full Session Classes (Kindergarten Readiness, Whales of Fun, Splashing into 2nd Grade): $280
One Week Orientation Classes (Welcome to GOES or OMS): $75

Sufficient enrollment is essential, and if the minimum (6 students) is not reached, a refund will be issued and that class will be cancelled. Parents will be notified if this measure should be taken, and students will have the opportunity to enroll in another class.

Parents are responsible for transportation to and from classes. “Getting to Know You”, “Whales of Fun”, and “Splashing Into 2nd Grade” will be held at QFS. “Welcome to Center School” will be held at Great Oak Elementary School. ALL other classes will be held at Oxford Middle School.

ONCE REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL WITH A LINK TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT ELECTRONICALLY. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF E-MAIL RECEIPT.

If you are interested in Welcome to GOES or Welcome to Oxford Middle School ONLY, you will be directed to PART TWO of registration AFTER you choose your child's grade level. Just Skip the Single Session registration question, and you will be prompted to choose these classes after you choose your child's grade level.
