This year, our robotics club will look a little different.  We will be completing a series of challenges from January through March then attending an interactive online expo on Saturday, April 10th.  

All robotic sessions will have two virtual sign up times during each challenge week to accommodate schedule conflicts.  You are only required to attend one virtual session for each challenge. Challenge information will be sent out at the beginning of the challenge week, and our virtual sessions will end each challenge week.  You will then have about a week to complete each challenge and submit it by its assigned due date. All challenges can be completed at home with or without the help of an adult.  I encourage you to work together as a family to complete each challenge.  Younger siblings are also encouraged to join in and follow along.

Kick off parent meeting and question session: Saturday, January 16th at 4 pm

Challenge #1 Build/Design a Robot

Submissions Due January 29, 2021

Online Expo: Saturday, April 10th 10 am to 2 pm

We will be using my personal room on Webex to virtually meet for each session.  My Webex code: 808 039 485.  It will be the same room code January through March. Please login 5 minutes early so we can get started promptly for each session.

If you can't make it, you can still submit each challenge. Just communicate with me if you will not be able to attend so I am not waiting for you.  Prizes will be awarded after each challenge has been submitted.  Your child will either pick up challenge prizes from my classroom on the date provided or I will leave prizes in the vestibule for online learners to pick up.

The online expo will have a different sign in procedure, format, and schedule that will be sent out closer to April 10th.
