Introduction: Our Co-Parenting Program is designed to provide divorced or separated parents with the tools, resources, and support necessary to navigate co-parenting effectively and positively for the well-being of their children. We understand the unique challenges that co-parents face and aim to empower parents to build healthy co-parenting relationships.

Program Goals:

  1. Enhancing Communication: Learn effective communication strategies to facilitate cooperation and reduce conflict between co-parents.
  2. Promoting Child-Centered Parenting: Shift the focus from individual needs to prioritizing the best interests of the children involved.
  3. Building Consistency: Establish consistent parenting practices and routines across households to provide stability for children.
  4. Managing Conflict: Develop skills to manage and resolve conflicts constructively, minimizing the impact on children.
  5. Encouraging Respectful Co-Parenting: Foster a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration between co-parents for the benefit of their children.
  6. Supporting Children's Emotional Well-being: Understand and address the emotional needs of children during and after parental separation.

Program Format:

  • Duration: The program is a minimum of 10 sessions, and additional sessions are added depending on individual needs.
  • Sessions: Combination of individual coaching sessions, and joint support meetings.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at convenient times to accommodate work schedules and other commitments.

The cost for each session of the co-parenting program is $100. In joint sessions, each participant is responsible for paying $100. Please note that insurance does not provide coverage for co-parenting programs.
