At 2:15 pm on November 30th, 2023 union authorization cards signed by a majority of grad students and postdocs across campus were submitted to the NLRB. With a year long card campaign coming to an end it's time to talk next steps: what can we expect between now and our election, what happens once we have our union, and what do we stand to gain through contract negotiations?
