Leadership in Disabilities & Achievement of Hawai'i is conducting a brief survey of Hawai'i parents and family members on Special Education Services. Because you have contacted LDAH in the past, we would truly appreciate it if you would take a few moments to provide your input. All responses are confidential and individual data will not be shared with anyone outside of LDAH.
