If it is the first time we have dropped chips at your property and we do not reach you in time, we will not drop off the wood chips without your verbal or written permission and will have to try again another time. We ask that you please make sure that any animals are put up or out of harm's way and any necessary gates are open, if applicable. We cannot be held liable for any disease that may potentially be in the load of chips or the cleanliness of the wood chips. They may be various sizes, species, or contain leaves, sticks, etc.  *
