Southeast Trunk or Treat Party Host Sign Up Form
Join I Heart SE for our annual Southeast Trunk or Treat Party on Saturday, October 26, 5-7pm at Belmont Park baseball field parking lot at 923 Montrose Ave SE. 

We are seeking SE neighbors and community partners (non-profits, city departments and local businesses)  to be trunk hosts. We’d love to have you join us for this event! 

Trunk hosts can decorate their trunk, donate and hand out candy and/or set up a game or craft to engage with the guests. We are planning to see about 500 kids (plus their chaperones) - so make sure to bring enough candy for the crowds! Trunk hosts may also distribute information about their organization. 

This is not JUST a trunk or treat/candy event...it's a PARTY! The options for how organizations can engage with the community are wide open. 

Let us know if you have an idea to discuss or if you need a larger space to accommodate your vehicle, group or activity! 

If you are not able to host a space but want to support, you can sign up to donate candy for the event. 

Please complete this form so we can best organize for this popular event and communicate with you! We encourage signing up early. Parking spaces are provided on a first come, first serve basis until we have maximized space. Thank you for volunteering your time and donating candy for this popular event!

How many parking spaces will you or your group need?  *
There are roughly 50 standard spaces available at the Belmont Park baseball field parking lot. Most cars and trucks only require one space. Indicate amount of spaces needed if group members are individually decorating their cars and passing out candy. Please estimate the amount of spaces you need if you have a large, outsized vehicle (like a bus).
