This year's All-Staff Picnic will be taking place on Thursday, August 8th from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM at Dickson Plaza. Each year, we rely heavily on our staff volunteers to help make this a successful and fun afternoon. We appreciate your enthusiasm and spirit in helping make this happen. The schedule will be designed in 1-hour increments, so that you have an opportunity to enjoy the picnic as well! Your shifts will be assigned to you (via email) by Friday, August 2nd. Please check-in and check-out at the Staff Assembly booth (right outside of Royce Hall) for your shift. Let's make this All-Staff Picnic another memorable one! Perk of volunteering: YOU DO NOT NEED TO PICK UP A PICNIC TICKET. WE WILL GIVE YOU ONE UPON CHECK-IN FOR YOUR VOLUNTEER SHIFT. Go Bruins!
Volunteer roles include serving as a runner/floater, guarding our entries (requires a willingness to deny entry to fellow staff if they don't have a ticket) or supporting our sustainability efforts by helping staff dispose of compost and recyclables appropriately (basic training will be provided).
