Below are the Work Teams and descriptions of what they do. Terms last for 1 year.
· Membership and Outreach
o Purpose: To focus energy and resources on attracting new LB Alumni Members, maintain membership database, and identify and support LB Alumni Class Advocates
· Events Coordination
o Purpose: To oversee the quality, design, and implementation of LB Alumni events and networking opportunities. This Work Team oversees all professional development and social hour events in addition to the LB Alumni Reunion and LB Graduation.
· Fall Retreat Planning
o Purpose: To plan in coordination with the LB Planning team a LB Alumni Fall retreat. The fall retreat is a time of connection and bonding with LB Alumni but it is also a chance to build a relationship with current LB members.
· Communications and Marketing
o Purpose: To lead LB Alumni’s efforts to develop marketing & communications for the greater good of the organization. This Work Team oversees LB Alumni’s brand, bi-monthly newsletter content, social media posts, and preparation of the class directory.
· Community Impact
o Purpose: To identify volunteer opportunities that benefit the Boise Valley community as well as further enhance the LB programs. This includes the LB and LBA selection committees as well as collaboration with BYP.
